						yes if you like a shiny blade ,? i wouldnt recommend the copper gripper . this is a work knife so its gonna get scratched to bits

						Idea of metal in sheath is bad. Will leave a lot of scraches on blade. SO if it shiny, U will get a lot of scraches.. Otherwise gr8 build!!?

						yes i suppose its not really crucial to have the gripper ? .   i suppose ive done it so the knife is relatively safe and accessable for frequent use , without having to keep fastening and unfastening the press stud of the strap  .  the copper also holds the leather around the cross guard so the knife fits snugly
